ACCOUNT F&Q :

Why should I open a LooFoN account? I am tired of opening new accounts and need a better way out!

You don't have to make a LooFoN account to buy your favorite clothes. But if you do, you'll get special deals and can keep track of what you've bought before and what you're buying now. It makes paying faster because your information is already there. Plus, you can save your measurements so we can make clothes that fit you perfectly.

How can I open a LooFoN account? Please god – make the process easy!! 

To make a LooFoN account, tap the Login button at the top right of your screen. You can sign up using Facebook or your email. If you pick Facebook, use your Facebook password (we don't keep these passwords). If you choose email, you can make your own password.

Think I may have forgotten my password. What do I do now? 

It's easy to forget passwords with so many to remember! No worries though! If you forget, just give us your email on the login page and click "forgot password" to reset it.

I think I may have even forgotten which email address I used! How silly :-(

ORDER F&Q :

I really like having lots of my favorite clothes. Can I buy more than one of the same item at once?

Sure thing! If we have enough of the item you want, you can order more than one. Just go to your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Quantity" box to how many you want, and click "Update Quantity." Easy as that!

What happens if the things in my cart aren't available anymore?

Things will stay in your cart until you take them out or buy them. Just make sure you're logged into your LooFoN Account. If not, click on the Login icon. Your cart should have the stuff you picked. If something's not available anymore, you'll see a message next to it. Click the little cross next to that item to remove it before you check out and buy the stuff that's still available.

If something says 'Out of Stock,' can I get it again later?

 When something is 'Out of Stock,' it means a lot of people wanted it, but we ran out :-(. The good news is, we'll get more in a few weeks! If you're interested, click on the item you want and enter your email. We'll let you know as soon as it's back in stock!

I keep getting an error when I try to checkout. What should I do?

We're really sorry for the trouble! Just email us at Loofon.in@gmail.com with the error message, and we'll fix it as soon as we can. We're here Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (except Sundays and public holidays).

Is it safe to shop at LooFoN.in?

Yes, it's safe to shop at LooFoN. When you pay, you'll go to our secure payment partners' websites like PayU, Paytm, Gokwik, and Razorpay. They use https security to keep your payment info safe.

Do I have to pay extra charges like sales tax or octroi on items?

You won't find any hidden charges when you buy from LooFoN. The prices you see include everything, so what you see is what you pay!

How can I pay for my orders?

 You can pay for your orders using:

- Credit Card

- Debit Card

- Net-Banking

- Paytm

- Wallet

- Cash on Delivery (COD) *(Conditions apply) *

 For COD:

- Available for orders up to INR 7500

- INR 50 handling charge for COD orders

 For orders over INR 7500:

- Only prepaid options are available

 Can I pay with Cash On Delivery everywhere?

Cash On Delivery is only available in India and in areas where our delivery partners reach. We try to offer it everywhere, but there are some places we can't. For those places, you'll have to use prepaid payment instead.

Can I pay in installments?

Sorry, right now we don't have that option.

Why didn't I get my order confirmation email?

We send your order confirmation email to the email address connected to your LooFoN account right after you place your order. If you can't find it, check your junk or spam folder. If it's not there either, log into your LooFoN account and go to 'Past Orders' to see if your order shows up. If it's not there, your order might not have gone through. If you're worried, email us at LooFoN.in@gmail.com. We're here to help!

How do I see my past orders?

If you have a LooFoN account, just log in and go to "My Account" to see your order history. Your past orders will show up there once you're logged in. If you don't have an account, email us at LooFoN.in@gmail.com with your order ID and the email you used to place the order. We'll look it up and share your past order info with you.

 How can I check if you deliver to my area?

 We deliver to most areas in India. To confirm if we deliver to your specific area, please email us at LooFoN.in@gmail.com.

 How much does delivery cost?

- If your order is over INR 1000 and you pay in advance, shipping is free within India.

- If your order is under INR 1000, there's a standard shipping fee of Rs. 95.

- For Cash On Delivery orders, it's INR 145 if your order is under 1000/-, and INR 50 handling charge for orders over INR 1000/-.

- For international orders under INR 20000, shipping costs INR 1500. Over INR 20000, shipping is free worldwide. If you have any questions, email us at LooFoN.in@gmail.com.

When will my order be sent?

We'll ship your clothes as soon as they're perfect! Since everything is made to order, it usually takes 4-7 working days to ship from our warehouse in Gujarat, India.

How long does delivery take?

Within India, orders usually take 3-10 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the purchase date. For international orders, expect delivery in 12-20 working days.

Can I get my order quickly?

If you need your order fast, we offer 48-hour shipment based on availability. Just email us at Loofon.in@gmail.com, and we'll try to make it happen. Please note, there's an extra charge of INR 199 per order for this service.

Can I send to different places in one go?

Sorry, we can't do that right now. It's best to make separate orders for each address.

Can I get products sent outside India?

Yes, we do ship internationally, mainly to the US, Singapore, Dubai, and Australia. You can expect your order to be delivered almost anywhere in the world. For international orders:

- We charge INR 1500 for orders under INR 20000 to the most common countries. Above INR 20000, shipping is free to those countries.

- For other countries, shipping charges are based on actual costs.

- If there are any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, you'll need to pay them upon delivery. Usually, there are no import duties for orders to the US and Australia. However, for Europe/UK, there might be import duties or collection fees. If you have any questions, email us at Loofon.in@gmail.com.

How do I find out where my order is?

To track your order, log into your LooFoN account and go to "My Account." You can see your order details there. You can also email customer care at Loofon.in@gmail.com. We're available on weekdays (except Sundays and public holidays) from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. If you don't have a LooFoN account, check the "Track Shipping" link in your confirmation email, or email us your order number and the email you used to place the order. We'll check and tell you where your order is.
