EXCHANGE / RETURNS/ CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

Which items can I return or exchange?

You can only return or exchange items if they're in good condition, with the price tags still on and you have the receipt.

Free Gifts:

If you return part of an order with a free gift, we'll deduct the value of the gift from your refund if you don't return it too.

Full Price Items:

Here are some important things to remember when sending back items for return or exchange:

- All items must have their original tags and be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

- They should be free of perfume, deodorant, or detergent smells and makeup or tan marks.

- Make sure you give the right items to the delivery person. If you give the wrong one, you'll have to pay extra for shipping.

- Use the original packaging to protect your LooFoN clothes during shipment.

Return or exchange pickup usually happens within 3-4 days of asking. If you cancel or miss the pickup 3 times, you'll have to pay extra.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Orders are cancellable for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email Loofon.in@gmail.com. After 12 hours, your order is already under processing and we are unable to cancel or change it in any way.

When do I need to ask for an exchange or return?

Exchanges:

- You have 48 hours after you get your order to ask for an exchange.

- You'll have to pay for shipping.

- Send the item back with the receipt.

Partial Order Exchanges:

- You can exchange some of your order within 48 hours of getting it.

No Exchanges for:

- If you don't like the material or color.

- Make sure to check the description and pictures before you buy.

Color Differences:

- Your screen might show colors differently.

- We can't exchange or return items because of this.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you get a damaged or defective item, let us know by calling or emailing our customer care at Loofon.in@gmail.com. Send us pictures of the damage or defect, and we'll help you out.

What if I got the wrong product?

It's rare, but mistakes happen. If you get the wrong product, contact our customer care by phone or email at Loofon.in@gmail.com. Send us pictures of the product, and we'll fix it.

How do I get a refund for returns?

For full price prepaid orders, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method (like your bank account or credit card). If you paid with COD, you'll get a LooFoN gift card as a refund. We don't refund cash for Cash On Delivery orders.
